Monomorium kugleri is an extinct ant species known from a single worker preserved in late Eocene Rovno Amber from Ukraine, dated to approximately 44 million years ago. The worker measures about 2.4 mm in total length and has a distinctive 12-segmented antenna with a 3-segmented club. The body is ochreous-red in color, and the species was described in 2009,named in honor of Professor Jehoshua Kugler.
