Carebara ucrainica is an extinct ant species known only from fossil specimens preserved in Late Eocene amber, approximately 33.9-37.8 million years old . Originally described from Rovno amber in Ukraine, this species was reclassified from Oligomyrmex to Carebara . No living specimens exist, and it cannot be kept in captivity .
