Anochetus dubius is an extinct species of trap-jaw ant known only from a single worker specimen preserved in Dominican Amber from the Miocene epoch, approximately 17 million years ago . Described by De Andrade in 1994,this fossil species belongs to the inermis species group within the genus Anochetus . As an extinct species with no living populations, it cannot be kept in captivity.
